A few months ago we realized that we had neglected to schedule mail for one of our clients, an automotive dealer. The worst part was that the sale was taking place across the country and we didn't notice the error until the day before the sale was scheduled to start. We called Midlantic, knowing your crew would get the mail out as soon as humanly possible, and we were informed that while some of the mail could drop that day, the majority would be dropped within the next 24 hours. That call was made at 11:45am on Monday. We braced for sub-par results from this promotional sale, due to late mail. At 5:00pm that same day, we received a call letting us know all 15,000 pieces had been dropped that evening. Basically, Midlantic took and estimated time frame of 24 hours and condensed it into less than 6 hours. Our promotional sale was a success!
